The creators of Smart RV World (Don and Sarah) are retired RV Dealers with large RV Rental departments at each of our dealerships. With over 40 years in the business, we draw from the experiences of hundreds of renters and customers each year and pass this knowledge on to our readers.
Would it be an exaggeration to say that we have seen everything? Probably not. Renters represent a great cross-section of the RVing world. The level of experience of the renter also spans the spectrum of RVers. We know the questions that RVers want answered and we know what can go wrong and how to make sure that everything goes right!
